Great news! ‘Found’ has been specially selected as part of the Newport Beach Film Festival Collegiate Showcase!

Screening is just around the corner on Sunday, April 28!

Had a really great screening on Friday at Fallbrook and met some wonderful people. Heading back down there today for the Awards Ceremony and Banquet. Fingers crossed!

And we’ve just been informed we’re a nominee for Best Student Film at the Fallbrook International Film Festival!!!  Keep your fingers crossed for us on Sunday, April 7 at the Closing Awards Ceremony!

‘Found’ has been selected to screen as part of the NewFilmmakers New York Winter Series!  Our screening is right around the corner, so mark your calendars!

Amazing news… ‘Found’ will be making its International Premiere this fall at the Sapporo Short Fest in Sapporo, Japan!!!  Check back as we get closer for more details!

The day has finally arrived! The eve of my trip to NorCal for the California Independent Film Festival! Looking forward to getting out of LA for the next four days, especially when the time away provides the opportunity to meet other talented filmmakers and watch their films. Also, ‘Found’ is nominated for Best Student Film at the Slate Awards, and awards are ALWAYS exciting!

In January 2011, I traveled to a small town right outside the bay area in Northern California with Michael Callahan, ‘Found’ producer.  He had directed a short entitled ‘Kiddo’ that was playing at the California Independent Film Festival.  I produced his film, so we drove up together.  And a good time was had by all, culminating in ‘Kiddo’ winning Best Student Film at the festival!

Now, a year and a half later, Mike and I are returning.  ‘Found’ is an Official Selection of the 15th Annual California Independent Film Festival!!!  Whether or not ‘Found’ meets the same kind of success, I have no doubt we will have the same kind of fun.
